In 2013, STEP Associates (Support, Travel, and Entertainment Partnership) was established in Connecticut by co-founders Davaul Amin and Latonya Tillman-Amin. From the very beginning, it was STEP Associates' goal to assist individuals living with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities become more active members in their communities by participating in the many social and recreational opportunities their communities had to offer. 

 

Today, as we continue on our journey we not only provide social and recreational opportunities  but also offer a wide variety of expanded services and activities including day trips, vacations, and special events all designed for the enjoyment of our participants.

 

Our company is based on the belief that our participants' needs are of the utmost importance and our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat participants and referrals.
