Davaul Amin: Chief Executive Officer:

 

Davaul earned a General Associates Degree from Gateway Community College, a Bachelors Degree in Corporate Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College. In addition to years of experience as a Residential Director for intellectually disabled adults  he also has past experience in direct care, has held such positions as group home manager, Staff Supervisor in addition to working directly with families of individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Other qualifications include first aid, CPR and valid med certification through the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services. Davaul currently serves on the Board of Directors for Farnam Neighborhood House, a non-profit organization offering community assistance to youth and families in the greater New Haven region of Connecticut.

 

Latonya Amin: Chief Operating Officer:

 

Latonya earned both an Associates Degree in Business Leadership and a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance from Albertus Magnus College. Her past experiences include Human Resources, Payroll, Client Funds and Financial management with agencies providing service to individuals with intellectual disabilities. She also benefits from many years experience working directly with individuals living with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities including direct care, counseling, advocating, and staff management. Other qualifications include first aid, CPR and valid med certification through the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services. Latonya is an active member of The National Association of Women Professionals, a renowned organization dedicated to the growth and development of women leaders in the professional world.

 

 

Dyasha Amin: 

 

Dyasha's professional career includes over 15 years working in a variety of roles for the New Haven Board of Education. She has worked closely with education administrators supervising student curriculums, in addition to assisting in both  Guidance and Student  Service departments. Dyasha holds both a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Services (Albertus Magnus College), and a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. (University of New Haven). She is currently pursuing a certificate in  Paralegal Studies also from the University of New Haven. In addition to her involvement in STEP Associates, Dyasha is an active member in a variety of religious committees and is committed to helping at-risk youth achieve success within their personal lives.

Chip Murphy

 

Chip Murphy has over 25 years as a Professional Entertainer including clowning, karaoke, DJ, children games, dances, and so forth.  He has professional entertained for various venues such as the Health Dept. for the City of New Haven, CT & St Patty’s Day Parade, STEP Associates, ADA 25th year celebration, and children’s birthday parties. This is where he discovered the passion for photography & videography, which led him to start his own home base company, Uncle Chip Rocks . He has successfully photographed and videoed 15 weddings, numerous birthday parties, corporate events, and family events. He has over 15 years of security experience and worked 5 years as the Lieutenant of Security at the Giamo Building, 150 Court St, New Haven, CT. Security Forces of NC, SSC of CT. Chip also has 12 years of experience as a Project Manager working with Town Green Special Services of New Haven, CT from 1998 to 2010. Currently entertaining the Intellectually Disability Community for the past 3 years with Arts & Craft, Plays, Karaoke, Various Exercises, and Plays. He is also computer literate with software such as Microsoft Application, Excel, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite.  I also have experience building and managing websites for businesses, and creating PSA (Public Service Announcement) and commercials for businesses.
